I am a complete beginner, is that ok?

Absolutely! We have horses to suit all levels. We can learn at a pace that suits you, no pressure.

I am an established rider, do you have horses to suit me?

We dont just teach beginners. We have horses to help riders at any level. We can help you improve flatwork, juming etc

Do you do group lessons?

Yes, we have lot's of different group options for all ages & abilities on weekdays, evenings & weekends.

What age do you start lessons?

We offer private lessons from age 5 & group lessons from 4 years. We also have our 'Ride & Play' sessions for ages 2 - 10

Do you provide hats?

Yes, we have a selection of hats for you to choose from. We also have hats available to purchase.

How do i book?

Contact us via phone, email, website contact page, facebook or instagram. We can help you choose the best service and a day/time that suits you.

How do I pay?

We require payment to confirm booking. Payment can be made via transfer or card payment online. We can also accept card and cash payments in our on site reception.

What if I need to Cancel?

Due to an increasing amount of late cancellations & ‘no shows’ we have had to implement a cancellation policy.

Please let us know if you need to cancel your appointment.

If cancellation is within 48 hours – 50% of the fee will be retained/charged

For ‘No shows’ & cancellations within 24 hours - the full fee will be retained/charged

I have a physical/learning disability. Can I have a lesson?

Of course! We have many clients with individual needs. Please contact us to chat about how we can help.

When should I arrive?

Please try and arrive at least 10 minutes early for your lesson so we can make sure you are on your horse and ready to go. If it is your first time with us, we will talk you through everything and assess your riding ability before picking a horse for you. You will also need to fill out a rider registration form.

What if the weather is bad?

We are used to all sorts of weather! We have an indoor & a covered arena. On terrible weather days, we may have to share the arena.
